3. MILITIA LEADER ALLEGEDLY TOLD FBI THEY WERE TRAINING TO ASSASSINATE OBAMA, HILLARY CLINTON
Larry Mitchell Hopkins, (alias Johnny Horton Jr.) leader of a militia group responsible for detaining migrants near the US-Mexico border, apparently has told the FBI he was training his militia to assassinate the 44th President of the United States and 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. Videos captured show the group’s militia members stopping migrants – some at gunpoint – near the border in New Mexico. In 60 days, they claim they’ve captured some 5,600 migrants attempting to enter the country illegally. Human rights activists are concerned that migrants are being subject to violence conveniently not captured on video.
